Return policy

 

  1. No items ordered by mistake will be exchanged or refunded.
  2. In the event that a product is exceptionally damaged, the implicated item must be returned to Rêvolistic Cosmetics Sàrl in its original, unopened container and packaging. However, before returning the merchandise, a formal return request must be submitted by the customer via info@revolistic-cosmetics.ch, which will be either accepted or denied.

 

When returning defective products, the customer can choose either:

– a refund of the value of the damaged product returned
– a replacement of the damaged item with the same product or with a product of equal value.
Note that in case of misuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions, or normal wear and tear, no damage will be covered.
