  1. No items ordered by mistake will be exchanged or refunded.<\/li>\n
  2. In the event that a product is exceptionally damaged, the implicated item must be returned to R\u00eavolistic Cosmetics S\u00e0rl in its original, unopened container and packaging. However, before returning the merchandise, a formal return request must be submitted by the customer via info@revolistic-cosmetics.ch<\/a>, which will be either accepted or denied.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    When returning defective products, the customer can choose either:<\/h3>\n

    – a refund of the value of the damaged product returned
    – a replacement of the damaged item with the same product or with a product of equal value.
    Note that in case of misuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions, or normal wear and tear, no damage will be covered.<\/p>\n
